Here's the short version: I served in the Army during Desert Shield and Storm, spent eight years in management at Disney, pastored churches, ran global missions trips, and homeschooled four kids all the way through graduation. Somewhere in there I got Maxwell certified and became a DISC consultant. It's been a full life.

The thread through all of it? I know how to talk to people. Not at them — to them. Whether it was a room full of soldiers, a team at Disney, or a teenager figuring out who they are, the skill is the same: be real, be clear, and give a damn.

That's what I bring to content. No teleprompter voice, no corporate speak. Just a guy who's lived enough life to tell a good story — and knows how to make it look good while he does it.
